After arriving at Bangkok airport, proceed to the domestic airport to board your flight to Koh Samui. Upon arrival, meet an IHPL representative who will help you with an assisted transfer to the hotel. Post-check-in formalities, the day is at your leisure.
On day 2, have your breakfast and get all set for partaking in sightseeing of the mesmerizing Koh Samui Island. The first visit of the day is to the extraordinary rock formations of Hin Ta & Hin Yai, popularly known as Grandfather and Grandmother Rocks. Later, continue towards Na-Muang Waterfalls, two fresh water falls, placed close to each other. Indulge in fun activities here. Now move to Nothan, Koh Samui's capital, to splurge in shopping. You can not only get your hands on some amazing stuff like home décor products, Thai fruits, eco-friendly beauty products, etc but can also taste some amazing lips-smacking authentic seafood delicacies. Bring your city tour to an end by visiting the very popular attraction and landmark of Big Buddha statue, a 12 m tall status made in gold in 1972. The evening is at leisure. Overnight stay.
Have your breakfast. Later, get transferred to the airport to board your flight to Bangkok. An IHPL representative assists you with the check-in process at the hotel. The afternoon is scheduled for a temple and city tour of Bangkok. The last visit is to the Royal Palace or Grand Palace. Overnight stay in Bangkok.
The fourth day after breakfast is free. Spend the day as per your liking and partake in the activities of your choice. Explore the nearby attractions, interact with the locals, binge on lip-smacking local delicacies, or relax in your hotel—overnight stay in Bangkok.
On the last day, after breakfast, get transferred to Bangkok Airport to board the flight for your onward journey.
There is currently just one ferry route between Thailand and Koh Samui, operated by one ferry company, Lomprayah High-Speed Ferries. The Chumphon (Lomprayah Pier) to Koh Samui (Mae Nam Pier) ferry crossing works weekly with a scheduled sailing duration of about 3 hours and 10 minutes.

Koh Samui is better if you want to find calmer and more private beaches. But if you are looking for a more lively beach scene then Phuket Beach is your destination. It depends on which place you want to explore and which type of activity.
It would be ideal for spending at least three days in Koh Samui. So you can tick off the major attractions and activities, at least. Four days gives you more flexibility, while 5–7 days allow for more time-consuming activities, such as island-hopping or a more relaxed schedule.
